Virtualmin is slow due to clamscan and spamassassin

Your Virtualmin GPL server has crawled to a halt. Whilst doing a ‘top’ you see repeated events of CLAMSCAN taking up memory and CPU.

You get frustrated. You want this fixed now. Check the screenshot below. If you turn off Spam Filtering and Virus Filtering you’re on the right track. It will then warn you of individual sites where it’s still enabled. Just take the pain and disable it one by one.
